On April 21st, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the case of an Arizona student who was strip-searched by school officials after being suspected of possessing prescription-strength pills. Safford Unified Sch Dist v Redding, No. 08-479. The lower court ruled that school officials had violated the Fourth Amendment’s ban on unreasonable searches when they strip-searched the student. -Click Here to Read More-
